We had a fantastic Annual Meeting this past weekend! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came down to participate. Your active involvement is what makes our beach club truly special!
We are thrilled to announce our dedicated members of the board! Returning board members include Carl, Jeannie, Ali, Tom, Jody, Deb, and Mariana. We also extend a warm welcome to our new board members, Raina and Shane Probst.
Reminder: Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend our monthly board meetings. The date, time, and location are posted (and updated the day of for any unexpected changes) on our website: inglewoodbeachclub.org/calendar.
In addition to board nominations, we covered several important topics:
- Financial Update
- NEW Boat Storage: We voted on the planned storage fees, which will be $150 for the top tier (paddle boards) and $250 for the bottom tier (kayaks).
- Additional Boat Rack: We decided to purchase another boat rack.
- Unofficial Boat Share: For those interested, we discussed the possibility of an unofficial boat share.
- Boat Storage Lottery: Required IN PERSON meeting to be held 6/22/24 at 10am at the beach if interested in storing a boat at IBC.
- Updating Entry & Rule Signs
- Need for Membership Identification: To be discussed further at board meeting. Considering requiring beach bags and charms/tags for visible aid
- Assemble Boat Rack & New Chairs and Beach Beautification
