Members are allowed to bring up to 5 guests (including children) without prior approval at any time. For more than 5 guests, the IBC Board will approve each request emailed to [email protected] as space and social distancing guidelines allow. In your request email, please include the date, start/end time, number of guests, and event type. We ask that you email us at least 1 week prior to the event (with no more than 20 people attending including children) for approval so we can make sure there aren't any other large groups already scheduled to be at the beach, especially during these times. Refer to the calendar below for existing group approvals. Any groups not approved and listed on the calendar may be asked to leave by any current member. Please be respectful of social distancing guidelines while other members are present. If an event is approved you must be able to present the approval email and/or show the calendar to anyone who asks. Also please be sure your guests are following all rules, clean up your area and pack out any trash.
