- Auto-Renewal Processes on May 1.
- Annual Meeting on May 30th at 10am.
- Boat Storage Lottery (must be in PERSON at the annual meeting)
- Beach Access NEW 2026 Requires Wristbands (pickup at annual meeting or $10 fee to mail)
- Beach stairs and swim platform fully repaired!
Hi neighbors -
Spring is here, and we are so excited to welcome everyone back to Inglewood Beach Club for another season.
We have some great news to share. The county has completed an extension to the beach stairs, making access to our beach safer and easier than ever. And after some much-needed work, the swim platform has been repaired and re-anchored, so it is ready to enjoy whenever you are.
We hope to see you at our Annual Meeting on May 30th at 10am at the beach. This is one of the most important events of the year for our community, and it is worth showing up for. You will be able to pick up your *NEW 2026* required membership wristband in person, and if you hold or are interested in a boat storage spot, the storage lottery takes place at the meeting and you must be present to participate.
We have a few open Board positions this year, and encourage anyone who wants to be more involved to volunteer. We'll be asking for volunteers and voting on these positions at the annual meeting, or you can reach out to us before then to let us know you're interested.
There are plenty of ways to contribute even without a formal role, whether that is attending monthly Board meetings or joining one of our periodic beach beautification work crews.
Finally, please be aware of an upcoming trail closure on the section of trail south of our beach. This will not affect access from the Inglewood Hill parking area, so getting to IBC will be business as usual.
Thank you for being part of this community. We look forward to a wonderful season together.
Warm regards,
Raina Probst, President
Inglewood Beach Club Board of Directors
Auto-renewal will be processed on May 1 for those who use a credit card.
Please check your account before submitting any additional payments!
Before You Renew: Check your subscription status as many are all still getting used to the auto-renewal and subscription system. If you need clarification on whether you are current, please log in and check your subscription status as we do not provide refunds. Your member portal is accessible by going to our website and clicking "log in" on the top right. From there, you will see - on the left side menu - your dashboard, subscriptions, invoices, transactions, and settings. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us! If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can always send a one-time payment via Zelle (contact@inglewoodbeachclub.org). We encourage setting up auto-payment via your bank. Annual payment is due May 1st. You'll need to fill out the membership form to start your membership, and you'll be able to modify and maintain it via the online member portal for subsequent years.
Annual IBC Member Meeting
May 30th at 10 am
Come mingle with your fellow members, chat with your Board, and enjoy some simple packaged snacks while we discuss important business matters. This is your chance to have a say in the future of our beach club!
Agenda items include:
- Pick up your required 2026 membership wristband in person — this is the easiest way to get it. If you can't make the meeting, wristbands can be mailed for a $10 fee.
- Volunteer for open Board positions — we will hold a vote for any nominated members at the meeting.
- Review the current year's budget spending
- Discuss essential beach beautification changes
- Participate in the boat storage lottery — this is the only opportunity to enter, and you must be present in person to participate. If you have a boat currently stored, you must either be prepared to move it immediately after the lottery, or do so beforehand so there is no delay.
Plus, according to IBC Bylaws, your shares in the beach increase just by showing up!
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with your community, have your voice heard, and kick off the summer season in style.
We look forward to seeing you there!
If you can't make the annual meeting, feel free to reach out to the board (contact@inglewoodbeachclub.org) if you have any questions or concerns to raise for the community as a whole that we can discuss together. In the meantime, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable time at the beach this year, and as a reminder, please review our Rules, Terms & Conditions to ensure a fun and respectful beach experience for all community members.

Beach Rules
To maintain a family-friendly environment, we do not allow smoking, vaping, fires, or glass on the beach property. Email permission from IBC Board is required for 5+ guests. No dogs on Wednesdays and Sundays. Always pack in, pack out.

IBC Access
Visible membership wristbands are required when at the beach. Access to our property and amenities remains exclusive to paid members. Without a valid membership wristband and proper identification, individuals will be politely asked to leave. We encourage everyone to get to know fellow beachgoers and kindly remind each other to maintain their current membership status.
The primary way to receive your 2026 membership wristband is at the Annual Meeting on May 30th. If you are unable to attend, wristbands can be mailed for a $10 fee. To arrange delivery, please contact us at contact@inglewoodbeachclub.org.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Go to the Beach!
The beach is near the intersection of E. Lk Samm Pkwy and Inglewood Hill Rd. The parking area is just north of Inglewood Hill Rd, on the west side of the street. Follow the path from the parking lot to the trail, go south on the trail, and look for the Inglewood Beach Club sign on the gate.
