Last year sure did give the world a bit of a curveball but luckily, life was still peaceful down at our beach oasis. We were able to work on so much needed updates to streamline our membership and key system and are excited to see it all in action in this new year.Anyone with an existing auto-renewal will be receiving a cancellation notice in order to join our NEW cohesive subscription membership management system. All members will need to set up a new IBC account upon 2021 payment.
Additionally, due to the high use of the beach, complaints of unknown individuals accessing the beach, vandalism, and issues with the interior lock sticking during 2020. The IBC Board made the decision to re-key the IBC gate in 2021. A new key lock box was placed on the gate in the fall and successfully piloted with some IBC members. For 2021, all members will be given access to the new bluetooth lock box as their means of entry upon renewal. Please review lock box instructions prior to visiting the beach as a smartphone is required.So welcome to 2021 – We encourage you to get your IBC membership renewed as soon as possible via the buttom below to ensure you can enjoy the beach as soon as you are ready!
Going forward, all memberships will include online account management and auto renewal without the need to fill out the membership form annually streamlining the process for both the members and Board of Directors. Renew now to ensure your earliest renewal date going forward as your account will auto-renew for future years on the date you first subscribe to our new system with your current year access ending on 12/31/2021.
